Return Policy:

All products are unique and are produced at the time the order is placed.

Returns, exchanges and refunds will only be accepted if the received item is defective or damaged.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, Customer must submit a request within 14 days of product delivery date. The item(s) must be in its original condition, including all
tags and packaging (if applicable). Please note that certain items may have specific conditions.

A photo (or video) of the affected items, visible in one frame, will be required for confirmation purposes.

Montez Fitness will not be held responsible and will not offer reprints on garments or refunds if the customer ordered the wrong size, arrangement, variation or color (or simply changes their mind).

In the case of an unsuccessful delivery, please contact us for solutions.

*All food or consumable items are non returnable. If defective or damaged please contact us for refund and or replacement.

*There is a tolerance of 0.5″ for print placement, meaning that minor variations in the placement of the print will not be considered as defects.
